In the 18 months following Christine's appointment to lead CCG College, the specialist training provider saw learner volumes quadruple, Advance Learner Loads go from zero to over £800k academic year 2015/16, timely outcomes consistently exceeding 95%, and the securing of Prime SFA Contractor status.

Prime status is held by approximately 3% of all UK training providers at present and CCG College is one of only a handful to have secured it in under two years from launch.

Alongside, Christine also established a CCG Chartered Insurance Institute Examination Centre in Bournemouth, the only such centre in Dorset.

Christine joined CCG College on the strength of a record of successful team building and business development within the adult education and vocational training sector.

Notable achievements with present and past employers include a highly successful Sector Skills for the Unemployed delivery helping the long-term unemployed back into work, Apprenticeship delivery with 84% of apprentices retaining their post after completion, and creating strategic partnerships with DWP, Job Centre Plus, employers and ex-offender groups.

In 2009, Christine beat 2,000 other contenders to be awarded a coveted National Learning and Skills Improvement Service Award for engaging employers. This was chiefly in recognition of her work in establishing a Contact Centre Academy for the Royal Borough of Kingston-upon-Thames.
